01. Your Home & Business Exterior

It is best practice to clean your exterior 1 to 2 times every year, both vertical surfaces and sidewalks, driveways, etc. Doing so prevents mold, mildew and grime accumulation, increases curb appeal, deters pests and rids your home of many other allergens and other hazards. 

Install gutters! Gutters prevent mold, mildew and most importantly direct water away from your foundation. You should clean out your gutters cleaned 2-4 times per year to keep them functional and prevent clogs, and/or install a screen. 

02. Your Roof

It is generally recommended to have your shingle roof cleaned once every year and your metal roof once every 2-3 years. This varies for other types of roofing and for numerous different circumstances, let's chat and figure out the best care plan for you!

Top reasons to keep up with your roof cleanings: 

• Regular removal of debris and organic materials prevents moisture damage, roof damage and ultimately costly repairs or even replacement - it extends the life expectancy of your roof by years

• Organic growth on your roof absorbs outdoor temperature and in turn makes it harder to heat and cool, costing you money on your electric bill

• Most roof warranties contain a clause stating that regular cleaning and maintenance must be performed to keep warranty active

• Curb appeal & property value 

03. Solar Panels 

It is best practice to clean your solar panels 1 to 2 times every year or more to ensure they are producing the most amount of energy possible and extend the longevity of your investment! 

*Never use chemicals or abrasive materials on your solar panels! Ideally, use a DI (deionized water) system to clean them. Most other methods are ineffective, damaging and could void your warranty. 

Install a mesh guard surrounding your panels to prevent costly damage and hazards from critters.
